These 20ml sterile eyewash pods are ideal for use in first aid kits and when employees may be working off site with no immediate access to water. Each 20ml eyewash pod contains the active ingredient of 0.9% w/v sodium chloride EP which means it is ideal for irrigating and cleansing the eye, or a wound. Each 20ml sterile eyewash pod is simple to use and you simply twist off the top of the pod and gently squeeze in to the eye, or over the wound. A single pod is usually enough to irrigate a small foreign body from the eye, however for potentially harmful splashes in the eye or larger foreign bodies then our 500ml sterile eyewash or 250ml sterile eyewash may be a better option.
