Royal Mail 48hr aims to deliver within 2-3 working days after dispatch. 

Unfortunately in some circumstances, delivery times may be exceeded by Royal Mail. This is completely out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for these delays. Please allow 5 working days before you contact us if you have not received your parcel and we will be happy to help.

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. During peak times, such as Christmas, this may take 3-4 working days.
